Meet Our Founders

It all started with one special dog, Simba. He was rescued from a puppy mill with his sister, Nala. We quickly discovered that despite his fears, he still loved people. We registered him as a therapy dog. He visits either a nursing home, rehab center, or teen home every week. So when his birthday came around, we felt he needed a celebration.
We did it so well that the neighbors were asking what's next, so we hosted a dog wedding! Then we hosted Simba and Nala's 2nd birthday party and everyone said we should start a business.
So here we are, hoping to create memories, celebrating them, loving them, and just giving them an amazing day of fun.
A day in a dog's life is equal to a week in ours, so let's spend a week together!

Danie is a Los Angeles native turned Chico local who somehow came to college 20 years ago and never left… mostly because Chico ended up being the perfect place for the ultimate dog life.
When she’s not working in marketing and social media, she’s usually at the park with her dog Kennedy and their chaotic little “dog gang,” fully embracing her role as an obsessed dog mom. Her camera roll is 98% dog photos, she plans her schedule around park time, and honestly believes most problems can be solved with fresh air, good friends, and a happy dog.
Equal parts creative, social, outdoorsy, and dog-obsessed, Danie is all about bringing people (and pups) together and making life a little more fun along the way.
